About Jerry Bruno, Vice President

During his 25-year career in commercial real estate, Jerry has worked with both institutional quality real estate companies and smaller entrepreneurial companies.  They include Trizec Properties, Inc. The Voit Companies Transwestern Commercial, BH Investments, Inc. and Younan Properties.  Titles held include Director of Leasing, Property Management and Asset Management.

This diverse background enabled him to lease, manage and market a variety of real estate assets including all types of office buildings plus industrial, retail and apartment assets.  Throughout his career he has advised owners and senior management with the goal of maximizing asset value.  He also has extensive experience marketing real estate assets, interacting with the brokerage community, and negotiating leases.

Jerry holds a BS Finance/Real Estate from CSUN and an MBA from California Lutheran University.  He also earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation that is held by a limited number of commercial real estate practioners.
